International Payment Options

We ship to New Zealand. Orders to other countries are by special arrangement – please email us before ordering.

Payment for orders to New Zealand

There are three convenient payment options for our NZ customers:

1. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) in AUD. Your card provider takes care of the currency conversion to AUD at checkout.

2. Direct Bank Transfer – we have a local bank account accepting NZD, so there’s no need for an international money transfer.

3. PayPal – a convenient option for international orders.

If you choose Direct Bank Transfer, payment details for our NZ bank account will be included with your order invoice.

Please note your order invoice is in AUD, so please convert the order total to NZD before paying into our NZ bank account. You can use an online currency converter such as wise.com/au/currency-converter.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $30, shown at checkout.

Orders by special arrangement

We only ship to countries other than Australia and New Zealand by special arrangement. Please email us at [email protected] before ordering and we’ll confirm shipping and payment for your order.

US, Canada, Singapore, Europe and the UK

We have a local bank account in your currency, so there’s no need for an international money transfer.

– Payment details will be included with your order invoice

Other countries

We can accept orders from other countries paid in USD only.
